It is not in how fast you go at something in life, but the fact that you keep going despite the challenges and obstacles you may face. "Just keep Going" Each step you put in front of the other is getting you to where you want to go physically,emotionally,mentally, financially and spiritually. Whatever it is you are working on or towards right now. Know that the step you take that's right in front of you is the most important one. I'm sharing this because "I believe in you and your dreams". Just like I've climbed this mountain a many times before this time I climbed it with a hurting heart, heavy emotions of mine and others pain and literally a bruised up toe from kicking pads and dead muscles from Muay Thai. Instead of picking something easy I picked this bad boy. To stretch my muscles out and to 'feel the burn of the mountains impact on my already sore legs'. Spirit guided me here, I also did it bare foot. Why? Because I wanted to connect to the earth beneath me, I needed her support ,her nutrition (to help gut digestion/enzymes) and also her nourishing wisdom and easing of physical pain as the muddy path soothed my aching toe. I switched into this state that was so instinctual and one with the mountain as I connected my hands and feet with her. I was teaching my client that"to keep going" I want people to know there is medicine in the earth, in exercise, in nutrition, food, consciously choosing, I want people to know they have someone who gets the shit times but can still play music up the top of the mountain and boogy like a total childlike silly head to help people remember how to belly laugh and be uplifted, this was all pure genuine joy and bliss despite all that has been happening in life. "simply being in the moment allows us to access this joy. Regardless of the pain we may be experiencing." "Just because you feel pain doesn't mean you can't also simultaneously feel joy." Death teaches us... "where are we as the living not fully living?" What is it we need to really focus on and value in life? "Where are we or aren't we fully showing up?" ~unconditional love knows no bounds~ Forgiveness is necessary. Gratitude for what we do have.

"Keep Your Heart Open" ❤️🧘🏻‍♀️🌱✨🙏🏞️ Through the most joyous wholesome moments & the most deep, heart shattering and painful ones too. Knowing and trusting that life will hold you through it all, always. ✨🌱🧘🏻‍♀️ This intuitive message came to me after spending an afternoon in absolute gratitude for a loved one in my life as we sipped tea. Then as I'm skipping in a Muay Thai class and really focussing on breath in that moment my intuition says "keep your heart open" I had been drinking cocoa for days leading up to this moment. So my heart was feeling very open. What I meant was "keep your heart open" not just for the most wholesome heart opening gratitude lovey Dovey blissful moments but also keep it open for the heart shattering,the deep sobbing, the raw emotion of grief that floods you in waves when hard things come too, I mean really hard things. Little did I know after that class a different type of news would hit me about someone else in my life. The truth is the brave are not absent of pain but they welcome it like a dear friend willing to rawly embrace the emotions in unconditional love, presence and acceptance and non judgement, nor attachment, to welcome the medicine and lessons it has to teach us and transmutation and creative process that it invokes and invites us to lean into. It takes the right tools to navigate the difficult moments and trust in your inner knowing and connection to spirit to really lean all in. It takes having the right environments, people and support to really trust that you got this and people have your back, but more importantly you have your own back and can access your intuition at any point your soul needs support and guidance through the most beautiful experiences and the most painful. I'm here as a coach not to save you or fix you. But to guide you to access that 'intuition', 'knowing' and 'trust' within yourself. I have come to accept that some people never choose to open their package. I want to be real with you.... Life is full of it all, the amazing moments of bliss and magnetism and the moments of pain and discomfort too. Anyone who tells you life is just the good juicy stuff never got real with themselves ,let alone you. You see the journey will always consist of discomfort and sometimes even pain... But it's how we approach these moments that are of our making. First of all I encourage you to 'lean in' go into the pain Hold space for it, but don't dwell in a way that you decide to live there and it fully encompasses you, Instead Use it to fuel you, to teach you, to deepen your relationship with yourself and the world around you. Don't allow the thoughts or the emotion to overcome you instead be in the presence of your own body and own mind knowing that there is complete stillness and clearness that exists there if we have the mental and emotional discipline to do so. A surrender and knowing of sorts that allows for us to approach the challenge regardless of what is happening outside of us but to really gain discipline is to be of centeredness, groundedness and In connection to our breath and presence of all that is, to really own and sit back into ourselves and our own body , to know to be still in mind and body can only exist when we are in complete acceptance of ourselves and in connection to the universal love and self trust that flows within us will be in connection to the universal flow of love and trust outside of us. To bring it back to clearness whenever it waivers. To accept whatever happens you will be ok regardless of what occurs. The ego wants to make external things about us whether positive or negative. From a state of controlled, predictable fear which essentially just vibrates at such level. But what if nothing is about us, yet we accept our connection to something far greater in life is really at play. Every choice we make ripples moments of cause and effect that makes up who we are and who we are being. From the food we eat,music,books,tv ECT. to the type of things we consume in our environment your life is a compilation of all the things you are choosing to digest and the lense in which you choose to digest it. If you chose differently imagine how differently your life could be in a 6 Months a year, 2 years, 5 or 10. Maybe you are in 'sickness' because it's the predictable and self righteous false certainty that we will be right about our forseeable future or present circumstances. Maybe it's because we have gotten used to the suffering as being more certain and from the egos perspective a 'false sense of safety'. Sometimes when sharing our truth and what's truly on our heart can be difficult to deliver sometimes what we share is not what everyone wants to hear. Where have you unconsciously outsourced your Authority? 🤔✨ I have been engaging in alot of new habits in fact life/spirit has initiated me into this deeper and even more intentional way with myself ( well even more than before) But I also want to be real with people I want to say this now... Starting out is hard as shit! You are in a vulnerable state knowing you have no idea what you are doing but fumbling along anyway. Especially when you enter into new environments where you are beginner as fuck and other people have reached a high level of mastering of a bunch of skills with that art form. I want to say this "keep fucking going!". Another thing is this " your ego might have got you to this new habit or thing from a perceived superficial space (based on outside judgements, internal ego gain mindset) but if you get to the heart of things you will begin to truly 'know' on a deep level why the fuck you are doing what you are doing and what for! You'll find your soul has a deeper purpose and yet our ego convinces us otherwise. What do you choose to listen to? Can you be in the uncomfortableness of not being the expert? can you be out of your ego mindset, your arrogance and your poor programs and attitudes to set aside that to open yourself up to the possibility of what humbleness can be offered to us when we accept perhaps we are not quite at the level in which our ego wants to be. Perhaps this comes with showing up again and again regardless of where we are at. Can you actually just be with all the 'destructive/negative and unhealthy programs' and be with it. Can you love even those parts of yourself? In order to set yourself free? "We cannot master anything if we are a slave to our own mind" "we must instead become it's master and direct it on powerful command" Can you be a student but also be in your own POWER and source of authority and not be psyched out by your opponent but to learn from them to really use the pain and insights as introspective wisdom into your own mind and how you relate to the rest of the world. I'm not just a coach I'm a product of the work I share.. this isn't just a job this is a lifestyle.
